  • Easy to grow. Sow in garden. Sow seed at a depth approximately three times the diameter of the seed. Best planted at soil temperatures between 10°C and 20°C. (Show °F/in)

Wikipedia calls cornsalad Valerianella locusta, but the plants I bought in Bunnings are labelled Cornsalad Beta vulgaris. The description says it's a chard. The plants sure look the same and describe the same in other details. So what are we talking about and who's right ? :-)
